Shipping Terms
Currently Make My House Green uses FedEx to ship products. All orders made before 12 PM will be shipped out the next business day. All orders shipped after 12 PM will be shipped in 2 business days.
Return Policy
Make My House Green strives for perfection, however; we realize issues can occur. Our policy is as follows:
1. Within 30 days of invoice date, Make My House Green will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
2. Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Make My House Green before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
3. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in sale-able condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
