In order to ensure the highest quality installation which complies with both MCS requirements and our own standards, we set aside a minimum of two days for each install. For more complex systems (such as new builds/extensions, ground mount systems etc) we may well install parts of the system at different times.
Based on large demand for solar installs, our lead times vary depending on the type of equipment being used and your location in the UK. For most systems that are less complex, we can offer great lead times of just 3 weeks in many cases. Unfortunately if prior system approval is required by your DNO, then this can add up to 9 additional weeks to your wait time. Systems smaller than 3.68kWp can generally be installed within 4 weeks from deposit.
All our installs come with a workmanship warranty of 2 years for anything snagging, perhaps a tile is misplaced and need to be put back. We are also always on hand to help resolve any issues you may have.
You will be sent a form before final payment to confirm all the work has been done to your satisfaction.
